5 stars just doesn't seem like enough to rate this incredible experience we've had with Ms. Annette as our ISR swim instructor! From day one, her patience and kindness shone through, instantly putting both me and my kiddos at ease. In just three short weeks, she's achieved what I thought was impossible- not only teaching my twins crucial swim skills but also instilling in them a confidence and joy around the water that I never imagined possible. I can't recommend Ms. Annette highly enough. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine care for her students make her an absolute gem. Sarah exceeds expectations for our ISR instructor. She is patient and kind with our son while gently pushing him and guiding him to learn the necessary skills. He is in a safe and comfortable environment and is doing better than expected with his skills. He feels proud and confident after his lessons and I am sure that is because of her positive attitude and techniques.
