Kristin is wonderful. She makes sure our child is progressing safely. She helps her build her confidence in the water and increase her abilities to help herself if the need arises. Kristin also has helped us as parents and caregivers to make sure we understand the importance of the correct technique when working with our child as we enter the pool. Kristin is patient and willing to take the time that is needed.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with ISR and with Mindy. We just completed refresher courses with our 2.5 year old and seeing her confidence come back within just a few days and the skills she developed is well worth the money. When we did our original course with Mindy last October, we were amazed at how quickly she was able to get our daughter floating. In addition to the safety, our daughter cannot get enough of the pool or finding her float. She still asks about Miss Mindy daily and we are looking forward to our next refresher!
